Plus: Location is a plus (nearby to all places in Juffair and easy to reach), Good staff(Muneer), Flexible with customer, very big rooms indeed, facilities working fine, parking is safe. Minus: Toilets are confined but clean. There is no Minus. Value for money.

If you looking for an apartment in juffair area, this apartment is the best n cheap. Clean, spacious, it has a big living rooms, separate bed room and kitchen. There is a supermarket nearby, easy to get by few minutes walking. Try to get the room on the high floor.

Location is acceptable in Juffair. The apartment was very nice and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms and large living room. The kitchen has the basic utensils. The TV satellite has only hot bird installed. However, our stay was OK, except for the bed since it made so much noise with every movement.

My friends stayed here overnight and were very pleased with the apartment. Big rooms, lounge, kitchen, washer/dryer, and 4 bathrooms for a 2 bedroom apartment. The staffs were very accommodating too. Near the restaurants, supermarket, coffeshops and bars. We'll come back very soon.

We stayed there for 8 days. We are a family of 5 with 3 children. the apartment was spacious, comfortable and location is perfect. Little disturbing sounds by construction work near the hotel. The staff were friendly and clean rooms. Only negative thing that they need to clean the apartments more frequently. The kitchen is well equipped. I will stay there next time.
